Ulla Jokinen started in Schutzhund in 2001, and after a couple of months on the sidelines watching, she got her first working line dog, Brody vom Albi, as a nine-week old GSD puppy. From that point, her interest in Schutzhund became a full-blown obsession that continues to this day. With the help of many people, she went on to train and title Brody from a BH to a SchH3. He was the 2003 Canadian National SchH1 Champion and is four times SchH3. Ulla considers herself extremely fortunate to have been able to work with Brody and always had fun with him. Now retired, Brody is the resident couch potato and little Nate’s buddy!

Ulla is now training and competing with her male GSD, Draven von der Eisspitzen. Draven obtained his SchH I and is currently working towards his SchH II & SchH III titles.
